The KORD Group consists of several independent companies which are linked by the production of technical fabrics. 
The first group is represented by companies producing industrial textiles for tyres, transport conveyers and geosynthetics (geotextiles and geogrids) for the building industry. These companies have their registered offices in the Czech Republic (Kordárna Plus a.s.) and in the Slovak Republic (Texiplast, a.s.) The second group is represented by the company involved service activities (Kordservice, a.s.) for production companies in the Czech and Slovak Republics.
