SPINNING MILL
We are an experienced manufacturer of core and coreless yarns.
We manufacture yarns based on the spindle-free process - using DREF friction spinning machines.
The yarns feature two elements:
plait (external layer) covering a carrier, the so-called core. In this way one can make yarns weaker than yarns manufactured on a carrier the so-called coreless yarn, where a "bundle" of fibers acts as the core.
We manufacture a wide range of single and twisted yarns in the following thickness: from tex 80 to tex 1000.
We manufacture raw yarns in a natural color of raw material as well as in the "blend" shade and made of colored raw materials.
Our offer includes yarns covering a wide range of applications, including:
- In fabrics for conveyor belts.
- In strings, plaited and asbestos-free sealants
- In sealants containing carbon fiber yarn.
- In fabrics and weaved conveyor belts and aramid brake bands.
- In clothing industry: protection clothing, jumpers, two-piece dresses, clothing inserts, creating a bearing structure of clothing.
- In haberdashery industry, fillings of shoelaces.
- In furniture-making industry - decorative textiles (upholstery fabrics).
- In automotive industry - seat cover fabrics.
- In household products: floor cloths, mops.
- Other products: candle and cemetery lamp wicks.
The raw materials used in the production of yarns:
- used for plaits:
1. recycled raw materials - blends of cotton and cotton-like fabrics containing synthetic fibers.
2. polyester fiber
3. cotton fiber
4. viscose fibers
5. linen fiber
6. mixtures of the above-mentioned fibers.
7. specialty fibers (e.g. para-aramid fibers such as Kevlar®)
- used for cores:
1. technical fibers
2. silks: glass, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene-based
3. synthetic ribbons
4. wires: copper, steel
5. cotton yarns
6. other materials
Within final operations we carry out twisting and rewinding.
We manufacture torn fiber fabrics and card sliver.
We manufacture products using customer-supplied raw materials.
We execute tailor-made orders to meet any individual customers' needs.
Our qualified process engineer team will consider, consult and provide our customers with any information they need.
We invite you to visit our company to familiarize with our manufacturing system and to start direct co-operation.
WEAVING PLANT
Our company manufactures fabrics based on the following textile raw materials:
- polyamide silks,

- polyester silks,
- natural fiber yarns,
- synthetic silks,
- aramid silks,
- core yarns,
- polyamide, polyester monofils,
- synthetic fiber yarns with an admixture of natural fibers.
The stock of machines allows us to manufacture fabrics taking into account different elements such as:
- weight per square meter,
- raw materials used for weft and warp,
- plaits,
- width and length of fabric bales.
Manufacture of fabrics by product line.
