Impregnated cord fabrics are produced in standard widths from 140 to 155 cm. However, if clients require, it is also possible to produce fabrics with a smaller width down to a minimum width of 105 cm. In specific cases, we can produce fabrics exceeding a width of 157 cm.

Warp sett and weft sett can be changed according to customer requirements.
Weft material used: cotton and core yarn.
Fabric roll diameter: 1.5 m max.

The detailed specification of the required physical and mechanical properties can be approved with the producers of the cord fabrics (e.g. coating during defined loading, shrinking, etc.), as well as the conditions for testing which can be adapted to the requirements of the client.

We deliver to our clients in the areas of the production of tyres, air springs and hoses, all types of cord fabrics (in a raw or a dipped form); this concerns the following types:

• polyester cord fabrics
• polyamide cord fabrics (nylon 6, nylon 66)
• viscous cord fabrics
• aramid cord fabrics

In additional to the production of cord fabrics we also offer our clients chafer fabrics and POP liners.

Chafer - the fabric is produced for the rubber industry. It is used for the reinforcement of the tyre foot. This technical fabric is offered with a with of 70-260 cm.
Liners - POP folding fabric serves as a separating technical fabric. Separating fabric is rough (grey) fabric which is used for the separation of rubberised technical fabrics in the rubber industry.
