Production of machine parts for the automotive industry and the textile industry

Precision quality, an individual approach to each order, regular inspection of the quality, and short delivery dates are the key ideas by which our employees are governed at all levels.

We deal with the complete engineering production from the preparation of the price bid, construction design, specification of the technological procedure, production, technical inspection and packing through to dispatch. We produce tooled products, locksmith products and assembly units. We are able to produce in series from one piece up to medium large series.

Lathes

Centre lathes - tooling Ø 1mm - 800 mm, max. turning length 5000 mm (9pcs)

NC and CNC lathes - up to Ø 55 mm (bar),  Ø 545 mm above bed, Ø 270 above support, turning length 545 mm (3pcs)

Drilling machines

Row drilling machines - drill up to Ø 20 mm, Morse 3 (1pc)

Radial drilling machines - drill up to Ø 60 mm, Morse 4 (2pcs) 

Slotting machine

Vertical slotting machine with the lift up to 250 mm and Ø 500 mm table (1pc)

Milling machines

Milling machines - to the conical spindle ISO 40, maximum dimension of the machine 300 x1375 mm (4pc)

Pantographic milling machine - dimension of the table 250 x 500 mm, reduction 1:100 (1pc)

Production of toothing

Slotting machine - mudule 0,8 - 6, Ø of span circles up to 320mm, width of toothing 70 mm (1pc)

Grinding machines
