Advantages of use:

significantly increases the compaction and resistance to stress by pressure, drawing, bending, shear and shock

minimises the origination of shrinkage cracks

enables more effective hydration and the achievement of greater strength after one day

• reduces the risk of delimitation – peeling
• increases resistance to abrasion
• reduces tension during plastic drying
• increases the overall rigidity of the composite, provides resistance to fatigue during cyclic stressing and restricts plastic flow – completes the formation of the body
• increases the resistance of the concrete body to frost and the origination of cracks due to low temperatures
• prolongs the service life of the concrete mixture
• fibres resist attack by: chemicals with high pH, UV radiation, micro organisms
• increases the chemical rigidity of tension, i.e. provides material toughness
• improves mechanical properties – pressure strength 36.5–37.6 MPa and tensile strength during bending from 2.2–3.4 (1kg) up to 4.2 (3kg)
