Červenohorské sedlo
At 15. 10. 2008 was the opening of the reconstructed communication I/44 from "Bělá pod Pradědem" to "Červenohorské sedlo". The road leads in protected landscape area Jeseníky, it has length 9 kilometers and difference in height 500 meters.
The new traffic lane was added and surface of road was reconstructed.

Kordárna company supplied the project more than 100.000 m2 reinforcing geogrids Armatex® M with tensile strength 80/30 kN/m and 40/40 kN/m for steep embankments reinforcement at widening of communication. Besides geosynthetics there are Gabion walls, water-troughs, culvert aqueducts.
Reconstructed communication makes easier the transfer through saddle "Červenohorské sedlo" in Jeseníky Mountains and considerable helps the transit situation in region.
