QUALITY POLICIES

Our processes are managed thoroughly and fully oriented at fully satisfying all of our customers' requirements.

We primarily focus our efforts on prevention and improvement. It is automatic for us to detect, immediately work on solving and subsequently learning from all types of discrepancies. No non-conforming product may get through to the customer.

We perceive our quality management and quality management at the customer as interconnected processes commencing from raw material input through to installing our products into the final products of the customer. We expect the same activities from our suppliers.

Our products become the finest quality once they are installed in our clients' products. We are co-creators of the values and co-managers of the quality of products manufactured by our customers.

Our efforts are aimed at continuously improving our business-technical services as an inseparable part of delivering quality products. We consider this complex of services to be our competitive advantage as an advanced global company.

We decrease the risks for our employees and customers within the scope of occupational safety and health when using products.

Meeting the requirements of legal regulations and standards is given.

Each worker or supplier is responsible for continuously improving the quality of his/her work, products or services, which is also the main criterion for evaluation thereof.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES

Within the scope of its environmental policies, the company KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. is committed to the following:

  • As a given, adhere to conforming with legislative requirements which are related to protecting the environment, occupational safety and fire protection, or in the case of absence of legislative standards, to conform with the requirements of company standards;
  • Apply and improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with strategic goals;
  • Continuously improve the environmental performance of all activities and prevention of polluting the environment within the scope of economic and environmental belonging of the company and region;
  • Develop procedures and indicators for objective evaluation of environmental performance and to integrate continuous improvement of the environment in the process;
  • Using prevention, remove or eliminate the negative impacts of our activities on the environment, health and safety as much as possible, and achieve the established environmental goals, target values and programmes;
  • Focus on reducing energy demand and increasing effectiveness from the perspective of the environment, in terms of investment policies;
  • Ensuring the implementation of environmental policies by selecting and influencing supplies;
  • Implement and develop environmental equipment;
  • Cooperate with the relevant authorities and interest groups with respect to state and local environmental policies;
  • Based on the current state of knowledge, educate and lead employees to conduct themselves in an environmentally friendly manner, increase employee awareness on the significance of the environment and impact on the environment of executed activities.
  • Lead an open dialogue with employees, customers and the public on conduct to the environment.
  • Establish a system of prevention and handling crisis situations.
