The activity of Kordservice, a.s. can be divided into three areas:
Engineering production
Precision quality, an individual approach to each order, regular inspection of the quality and short delivery dates are the key concerns of our employees at all levels.
We deal with the complete engineering task from preparation of the price bid, construction design, specification of the technological procedure, production, technical inspection and packing through to dispatch. We produce tooled products, locksmith products and assembly units. We are able to produce in series from one piece up to medium-large series.

Non-engineering production
Production of extruded rubber rings, profiles and hoses
The professional knowledge of the staff and the perfectly managed servicing of complicated technological equipment for the production of rubber profiles enables us to offer a very wide ranging assortment of sealing rings, profiles and hoses according to the individual requirements of the client. We are technologically geared towards the production of smaller series so as to offer the client the cost-advantage sampling of profiles and the production of atypical small-series products.

Upon the request, it is possible to test and subsequently produce rubber products from mixtures of other elastomers or levels of hardness.
Rubber profiles produced in Kordservice, a.s. are used for tubeless bicycle tyres by the eight-times world champion and world record holder for cycling on a penny-farthing, Josef Zimovčák.
In 2005 Josef Zimovčák competed in the most famous cycle race in the world, the Tour de France, in 2006 he successfully competed in Giro d'Italia, and in 2007 he completed this series of three of the most famous cycle races by competing in the Spanish La Vuelta. In all these races, Josef Zimovčák used profiles produced by our company.
We are proud that our products play a part in the achievement of such unique sports performances.
Processing of plastic waste, production of granulate (PE, PA, PP)
The high quality of the delivered plastic granulate is based on a modern and technologically advantageous production line, high-quality input material and the skill of the staff of the line. Regranulate is used for processing in the production of plastics or as filler for rubber products.
We produce the following types of regranulate:
Polyethylene (PE) - black/natural/colour
Polyamide (PA) 6.0 a 6.6 - black/natural/colour
Polypropylene (PP) - black/natural/colour
Production of wooden lapping rollers with reinforcement for logistics and transport in the textile industry
Our long-standing tradition and experience in the production of wooden lapping rollers enables us to exactly propose and specify the required lapping roller. Specially reinforced 
wooden rollers are used for the manipulation and transport of heavy technical textiles. For the production of the load-bearing part, we use only high-quality wood which ensures the high strength of the rollers and prevents damage to the transported material.

We have many years' experience in the area of repair and maintenance of textile machines and lines. Our employees are the leading experts in these issues in the Czech Republic.

With the help of computer technology and the latest CAD systems, our designers are able to produce drawing documentation from simple mechanisms up to complicated units and parts of production lines.

The Project Management Department manages to implement any investment intention from construction work up to the design, installation and commissioning of advanced technological lines.
