Quality policy

Our main objectives in the area of quality are fulfilment of deadlines, the desire to meet clients and the maximum satisfaction of clients with the quality of our products and services. Each order coming into the company is processed by our professional design technicians up to the phase which enables its implementation. On receipt of any queries or inquiries, the Trade Department team immediately contacts the client and, after clarifying any queries, the order is passed on for production. The technical production team organises the optimal sorting of orders according to the required dispatch deadlines. This enables very effective planning of production capacity with the guarantee of the dispatch deadline for each order. The output control carefully ensures the required quality so that the client receives products of 100% quality supported by measurment reports.
At present we are intensively preparing for the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO standards relating to services, engineering and non-engineering production.
